Corporate Structure
Stratore (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stratore Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which specialises in domestic and international trade of metals and minerals. Material is procured and sold either as principle or on an agency basis.
We are a commodity trading business managed by a team with over 45 years of experience in the industry. Our core team is supported by advisory board members with extensive and diversified business experience.
We focus on providing seamless solutions to our clients in an often turbulent and inconsistent sector and are positioned to be able to deliver Africa’s mineral wealth to the world.
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
& DIRECTORS
Greg Greyvensteyn
BCom Accounting – Greg started his career with a soft commodities trading firm. Thereafter he joined an international metals and minerals trading firm where he built up key relationships with suppliers and service providers alike. Greg has since built more than 15 years of commodity trading experience and has developed a deep understanding of the commodity markets in which we trade.
Mark Wade
Sales and Marketing Director
Mark started his career with an international metals and minerals trading firm. This allowed him to venture into the shipping and administration of imports and exports as well as sales and trading of various ores and alloys. Mark brings over 17 years of experience in international trading.
Ian White
Chief Financial Officer
(CA)SA – Ian has over 16 years of financial management and project finance experience. He has experience working in the financial services, gold mining and South African energy sectors.
